Do the following with a 1st grade student:
  1. Make sure you have 1 fact about Abraham Lincoln.
  2. Using Microsoft Paint - help the 1st grader illustrate the fact about Lincoln.
  3. You may move your illustration to PowerPoint or Publisher to add text to it. (Write the fact)
  4. Write the first names of all students who worked on the project (example: by Karen & Suzi)
  5. Save as "Lincoln + your name".
